Your Vibe uses high quality materials and components for jewelry creations. Proper handling will ensure their lasting beauty. Refer to Gleam - Rock Hard Facts for care instructions. Your Vibe will repair or replace certain items within 6 months of purchase date if breakage occurs under normal wear and/or if we determine that the item was not mishandled on a case by case basis. For consideration, email us the circumstances and tell us where/how damage occurred. Due to the fragility and value of our carvings we can not be responsible if they break or shatter. Exchanges can be made within 10 days of purchase date if merchandise is returned to us in original condition. To ensure prompt processing, please email within 2 days of delivered merchandise to obtain authorization. Customers are charged for return shipping. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and do not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet our return/exchange requirements.

 

SHIPPING

Your Vibe ships all orders via UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you have an email address registered with Your Vibe a shipment confirmation email from UPS which includes your tracking number can be requested.
